Sponsorship Opportunities
Welcome Reception Sponsor – $3,000
Sponsor the one social event at the Leadership Conference and receive exposure to about 75 attendees. Includes the opportunity to distribute one sponsor-provided promotional item such as napkins and cups* with your company logo displayed prominently at the reception. This also includes a social media post thanking you for sponsoring the Welcome Reception.
Attendee Bag – $2,500
This is your company’s opportunity to gain exposure during – and even after – the Leadership Conference event. Attendees use these branded bags to carry personal items and Leadership Conference materials throughout the event. Placement of your company logo (one color logo) along with the NASF logo on tote bags (imprint cost included in sponsorship).
Keynote Speaker Sponsor – $3,000
The NASF President will introduce your company and includes a speaking opportunity. Have a company representative address attendees (2 min. speaking opportunity, video not permitted), then introduce our Keynote Speaker with speaker’s biography. This includes onsite signage at the session, and your company thanked as the Keynote Sponsor.
Closing Banquet – $2,000
Toast the leaders of our industry (2-3 min.) at the Leadership Conference Closing Banquet. Sponsor the closing banquet that all business owners, executives and key managers will attend in Cancun! Have the opportunity to provide a “surprise” gift as a seat drop for each attendee at the dinner.
Notepads & Pens – $2,500
Be the company name on the notepads and pen that our attendees use to take notes during discussions about policy change in our industry.
Badge Lanyard – $2,500
Your company logo will be on each attendee badge lanyard. Lanyards are a great way to enhance your company’s brand.
Registration Desk Sponsor – $2,000
Have your company full-color logo featured at the Leadership Conference registration desk and be the attendees first glimpse into the show by being featured right when they check in.
Entertainments at Closing Event – $1,500
Have your brand logo recognized by the band at our closing event. Be part of the party! Provide company-branded t-shirts for the band members to wear during the performance. Our attendees will thank you for the tunes.
