Dates and Location

What are the dates of the meeting?
The meeting will take place from March 1 to March 4, with departures on March 5. Please be sure to mark these dates on your calendar!

Where is the meeting being held?

This year’s conference will take place at The Atlantis Bahamas Resort. 

We have partnered with the hotel for discounted room rates for attendees. Please use this link to reserve your room. We recommend booking early, as room reservations are subject to availability. The hotel reservation deadline is January 28, 2026.

Are there any sponsorship opportunities available?

Registration

How do I register for the event?
You can register for the meeting by visiting our online registration page. Please ensure you complete all required fields and submit your payment by February 5, 2026.

Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a registration fee for members and non-members, which includes all meals, receptions, and information sessions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable after February 11, 2026.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, you may bring a guest, though please note that your guest must be registered and will not have access to meeting sessions. There is a guest registration fee that includes all receptions and meals.

I have a partner promo code. Can I use this for both myself and my spouse if no one else from my company is attending?
Partner promo codes can only be used on General (Full) Conference registrations. Spouse and guest registrations must be paid for separately.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your registration, please notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Cancellations made before February 1 will receive a full refund with a $75.00 handling fee, while cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

Traveling to and from the Destination

How can I book my travel to the Bahamas?
Atlantis is easily reached via Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) in Nassau. From the U.S. East Coast, most flights are under 3 hours. There are nonstop flights from cities like New York, DC, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Montreal, Toronto, and London. 

Do I need a passport to travel to the Bahamas?
Yes, U.S. citizens must present a valid passport. For easier preclearance, download the Mobile Passport Control App (Apple | Google Play). 

Is transportation to and from the venue included?
No. Atlantis is about 30 minutes from the airport on Paradise Island. Book your transportation here.

Once We’re There…‎

Will there be any networking or social events during the meeting?
Yes, we have scheduled networking opportunities, including several receptions and social dinners, so you can connect with other attendees. Visit our “Agenda” page for more information.

What should I wear to the meeting?
The Leadership Conference is all about striking the perfect balance between professional development and relaxation.  During the Keynote Sessions, please wear business casual– slacks or khakis, dresses or skirts, polo shirts, or blouses. 

  • Resort Time: Resort casual – sundresses, shorts, linen shirts, sandals. Don’t forget swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for the beach or pool. 
  • Evenings: Most events call for resort attire (cocktail dresses, summer dresses, slacks, button-downs, or polos). On Wednesday evening, plan for the beach—wear comfy shoes (or kick them off and enjoy the sand!). 
  • Tip: Bring a light sweater or jacket for indoor sessions or cooler evenings. 

Is there a dress code for the social or evening events?
For the evening events and dinners, the dress code is resort casual.  During the day, we recommend wearing sundresses, shorts, linen shirts, and sandals. Don’t forget swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for the beach or pool. 

During the evenings, most events call for resort attire (cocktail dresses, summer dresses, slacks, button-downs, or polos). On Wednesday evening, plan for the beach—wear comfy shoes (or kick them off and enjoy the sand!).

How will I charge my phone, laptop and other devices?
You do not need a power adapter for your visit. The Bahamas use the same plug types (A and B) as the U.S.

How can I stay connected with the event and other attendees?
We will be providing the link to a WhatsApp group where attendees can connect. We will share daily schedules and important updates. Details will be shared once you complete your registration.

Does the hotel have a kid’s club? 
Children ages 3–12 can join Atlantis Kids Adventures (AKA) for themed activities. Reservations are required. Children must be potty-trained; proof of age required.
