Cancellation Policy 

Conference Cancellation: If a cancellation is requested prior to January 31, 2026, a full refund will be issued with a $75 handling fee. Those requesting cancellations between February 1-10, 2026, will be issued a 50% refund. No requested refund will be issued after February 11, 2026.  

Excursion Cancellation:  Excursions are fully refundable until Friday, February 7, 2026. No requested refund will be issued after February 8.
