Cancellation Policy
Conference Cancellation: If a cancellation is requested prior to January 31, 2025, a full refund will be issued with a $75 handling fee. Those requesting cancellations between February 1-10, 2025, will be issued a 50% refund. No requested refund will be issued after February 11, 2025.
Excursion Cancellation: Excursions are fully refundable until Friday, February 7, 2025. No requested refund will be issued after February 10.

Golf Tournament
Designed by legendary course architects Tom and George Fazio, the Ocean Course lies between the mountains of El Yunque rainforest and the shimmering Atlantic Ocean. This 6,716-yard course winds among lakes and the natural contours of the land, offering gorgeous and challenging play. Enjoy the magical moment of playing in ocean breezes with the sound of waves on our signature beachfront par 3, 16th hole. The signature 16th hole, an oceanside par 3, 238 yards, always rates among the Caribbean’s best.
Inclusions:
- Shuttle from hotel to Golf Course
- Private Lunch at the clubhouse after the round.
Clubs available for rental at the course for a fee.
Maximum availability of 20 Golfers.
This excursion will take approximately 5-6 hours.
Snorkel Sail
Set sail aboard a catamaran for a delightful day in the Caribbean waters and discover our Island’s abundant living coral reefs. If you’ve never snorkeled before, here’s your opportunity to learn the sport in a fun and relaxing setting. You’ll have the opportunity to take short dives into the crystal-clear waters where you’ll discover a world of fluid motion. Coral reefs stretch their fingers toward the surface, their arms waving with the ocean currents. An unforgettable experience!
What to Wear & Bring:
- Wear your swimsuit under a cover-up/shorts & t-shirt, Bring a towel. Bring ID if consuming alcohol Non-aerosol sun protection, Light jacket/sweatshirt
- Please place your cell phone and camera in a dry bag

- Buffet lunch, bar (rum punch, piña colada)

Please note that this excursion has a minimum person requirement of 36 people. If we do not reach that number, it will be cancelled. Maximum number of guests is 60.

Rain Forest Hike
Located in Puerto Rico’s Northeast Region, El Yunque National Forest is the only tropical rainforest in the national forest system. At nearly 29,000 acres, it is one of the smallest in size, yet one of the most biologically diverse. Come experience the breathtaking scenery, clear mountain rivers, and outdoor recreation opportunities year round.
Named after the good Indian spirit, Yuquiyu, and shelter to the Carib Indians for 200 years, El Yunque is the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System! Our first stop will be to the visitors’ center. Next you will take a relaxing stroll with a knowledgeable step- aboard guide who will point out the splendor of the surroundings, afterwards you will be driven up to the Yokahu tower to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views. Lastly Your tour includes a 1-hour stop at a refreshing river, depending on water conditions if able to enter the river. Please note that water stops are subject to water and weather conditions.
What to Wear & Bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- Closed-toed shoes (no flip flops)
- Towels
- Bathing suit (we recommend wearing it under clothes)
- A change of clothes
Participants with recent surgeries should refrain from participating and pregnant people are not allowed to participate.
