Review and Approval Process
Requests for NASF 1000 funds are circulated to the NASF Government Affairs Committee (GAC) and the Board of Directors. The GAC reviews the request and will make a recommendation to the Board on whether or not to move forward with funding the request based on the information submitted. The NASF Board of Directors does have final approval on all expenditures. Once a request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from NASF staff. All requests will be reviewed by the GAC within 30 days of submission. The Board of Directors will then vote to approve the request. An official response from the Board of Directors will be circulated for each request.
Please be prepared to have periodic conference calls with NASF Representatives to check on project status.
